Welcome, I'm Kristi Gaudioso, founder and CEO of Luminate Consulting.

For the past 25 years, I’ve helped companies launch new products, enter new markets, and build the commercial systems that allow them to scale. At the core of my work is a belief our whole team shares. Sales works best when you understand people, get to the real problem, and guide them toward a solution that creates real value.

Across every company we support, we see the same pattern. When teams have clarity in their message, their process, their value, and their market, growth accelerates. Conversations shift and buyers lean in. The entire commercial system becomes stronger.

Our team brings experience from large global organizations such as Microsoft and Deloitte, as well as high growth startup environments including AI driven companies. We have launched products, shaped stories, built GTM foundations, and turned strong ideas into scalable revenue. These experiences shaped our belief that companies scale faster when strategy, product, marketing, operations, and sales work together.
